![]() The Eimatai Leadership Development Project is the foremost provider of programming motivating Jewish high school student to confront community challenges, empowering students to act, and supporting students to succeed in making positive contributions to their schools and communities. By opening discussion amongst peers on contemporary issues through presentations by prominent leaders, educators, Roshei Yeshiva, Eimatai seeks to challenge ignorance, and engender broad, communal concern and activism among high school students. At Eimatai conferences, North American student leaders consider issues, refine talents, gain hands-on experience in programming, and discuss practical plans for implementing new projects to better their schools and the greater Jewish community. Through Eimatai conferences, ongoing professional mentoring of students, continuing electronic forums, and incubation of select student projects, Eimatai strives to cultivate a community of student leaders who will grow together through critical analysis, leadership skills development, and hands-on involvement in projects of their own design.
